Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your deployment details and select the items you wish to return.
Print Your Shipping Label
Once your request is authorized, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure secure transit back to our HQ.
Pack Your Gear
Secure all items in their original tactical packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the gear is free from wear, then affix the return label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to the designated carrier location; once our logistics team inspects the gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
